Well, I wouldn’t have expected this to happen, but here we are. Chicago hardcore band 2Minute Minor have released a cover of The Royal Guardsman‘s 1967 track “Snoopy’s Christmas.” That song originally appears in the Snoopy and His Friends TV special of the same year, is a follow-up to their previous “Snoopy vs. The Red Baron” song, and sees Snoopy (the cartoon dog, mind you) once again heading into battle against his dreaded foe, The Red Baron… this time on Christmas Eve.
And to think for the longest time when I was a toddler my favorite plane was the Sopwith Camel biplane, all because of that dog.
Check it out below and visit the 2Minute Minor Bandcamp site for more of their music.
