Does two new singles signal a trend? Technically we heard this “Brink of Collapse” when Maxstone released a demo version on the Fixed Frequency Spring Sampler 2022 comp from lat year, but now we have the full-bodied version as the band wants it to be heard.
After a lengthy break following this 2017 The Wake LP and 2018 single “Moonlight”, hard rock with a bit of melodic punk band Maxstone have released two new singles this past year, including “Miles of Burning” in October. One can hope that their renewed release schedule indicates another album in the works. It would be nice!
You can find the two singles on the Fixed Frequency Records Bandcamp, or Maxstone’s music at their Spotify page.
