Washington DC’s American Television have dropped a big surprise on our laps, announcing they will be releasing a new covers EP for Bandcamp Friday. The album is titled Adolescence, and it will be out Friday, 07 May 2021, via Wiretap Records.
As a tease, the band has released the lead track, a cover of Black Flag‘s 1978 song “Nervous Breakdown,” off of the EP of the same name.
Other tracks include the previously released “Officer” (Operation Ivy) along with “American Jesus” (Bad Religion), “Merchandise” (Fugazi), and “Brain Stew / Jaded” (Green Day).
