Baby Got Back Talk have really knocked it out of the park on this one. The Brooklyn pop-punks have created a new comp/Spotify playlist Articulate at That Level, which celebrates “POC and/or women philosophers of rock,” features BGBT, along with The 1865, Choked Up, The Muslims and more. Frontperson G’Ra Asim also wrote up an exciting editorial about the why, the how, and the wow of the new comp over at The Boston Globe. Worth the read!
Baby Got Back Talk’s new single and entry to the mix is “Guilty of Being Bright,” which also comes with a video. The song itself is worth the price of admission, part perfect pop-punk, with some stellar melodic punk beats thrown in.
See the video below and head to Spotify to hear the entire of the mix.
