Bad Time Records launches punk-adjacent Uncle Style sub-label, releases first 7″ mini-comp

Ska-centric Bad Time Records will be keeping ska close to the label’s vest for the future, but is venturing out into the other genres adjacent to punk with a new sub-label Uncle Style Records. In the announcement, Bad Time/Uncle Style head Mike Sosinski states that Uncle Style’s roster will feature “bands playing a wide range of punk-adjacent styles that are all committed to building a positive DIY community.”

The label’s inaugural release features a new single from four bands Brace Face, Hell Beach, Boardroom Heroes, and one of my personal favorites Eat Defeat. That’s a new 7″ with two color variants, which you can pick up from the Uncle Style store.
