UK (via Greece) indie punk quartet Burnt Tapes have released a new single for 2023, “Little Sister.” The track, which features Creeper‘s Hannah Hermione Greenwood, is the band’s first new music since their contribution to the 2022 Vagrant Records comp Undercover on the Streets. Per the song description, “Little Sister” is a “gut-wrenching rollercoaster, Little Sister. The band tackle the global pandemic, depression and the incredible strength of a woman, in an emotional tour de force that combines the heart of Jimmy Eat World with the crowd sing-along energy that can be found in artists like Green Day and Gaslight Anthem.”
The band drops the single before they cross the pond for the first appearance at the Fest. Enjoy the single below, and see their US gig dates underneath.
