German “BASEMENT-EMO’ (their words, not mine) act CAGES announced their sophomore EP, and released the first single, the lead track “master of the universe.” The album, titled better mistakes, is due out 21 February 2025 via Shove Records, and will follow-up their 202 debut EP second thoughts.
The EP is currently up for preorder on digital download as well as vinyl (with a screen printed B-side!) over at the shoverecs Bandcamp. You can also find more CAGES links and info at their linktree.
the white drew carey (aka – Jeff Sorley) is the founder and head editor of TGEFM.
