Riot Squad Media’s Camp Punksylvania will return for another weekend of ska and ska-punk in 2025, gor the 5th anniversary of the new Punk Rock Summer Camp.
This year’s event returns to West End Fairgrounds in Gilbert, PA from 5-7 July and will feature 4 stages. Early bird tickets, including camping and hotel deals, can be purchased here.
This fast-growing fest has seen previous performances from Guttermouth, The Queers, The Suicide Machines, and Less Than Jake. This year’s first major wave of artist announcements includes War On Women, Fear, Get Dead and Against All Authority alongside up and comers SPACED, On The Cinder, Suburban Downgrade and Car Bomb Parade. These bands and more will join the previously announced Bridge City Sinners, Escape From The Zoo and Career Mode.

Bad Dad (occasionally called Ed) has been on the periphery of the punk and punk-adjacent scene for over twenty years. While many contributors to this site have musical experience and talent, Ed’s musical claim to fame comes from his time in arguably the most punk rock Blockbuster Video district in NJ where he worked alongside members of Blanks 77, Best Hit TV and Brian Fallon. He is more than just an awful father to his 2 daughters, he is also a dreadful husband, a subpar writer, a terrible dresser and has a severe deficiency in all things talent… but hey, at least he’s self-aware, amirite?
