New York’s ChumHuffer have announced a new 7″ on the horizon. Titled Slaughterhouse Five, the album will be released in May, and will include “(five) hard hitting punk songs that tackle issue like mental illness, in patient therapy, community and building up a life for yourself.”
The band has released the firs single from the 7″, what could be considered the title track, “Slaughterhouse.”
It follows early 2024’s “F.Y.N.S.” single and their 2023 debut LP Orgy of Hate.
You can preorder that 7″ direct from the ChumHuffer website, and visit their Bandcamp or Spotify for more.
*FYNS = Fins, as in shark fins. ChumHuffer = “Chum” is the nickname for the meat and blood slurry used in fishing to attract larger fish, including sharks.
