Is it still too soon for Zen Arcade parody titles? No? OK then! Minneapolis trio Citric Dummies returned to the studio to put together their new album, Zen and The Arcade of Beating Your Ass. It’s their fourth LP, and the first new release since 2020’s Die Nasty LP. The album is due out 03 Nov 2023 via Feel It Records.
The band has released the first single from the album, the lead track “Everyone I Know Will Forget Me.” It’s a bummer title but, thank goodness, the song’s a kick. And at 1m40s long, it isn’t the shortest song around, but you can still fit more than five of them into one “November Rain.”
