Turkey’s Mevzu Records has released a new, 99-song comp via Bandcamp as a name-your-price download. The comp collet music over the past four years from 80 different artists, a majority of which are from outside the “western hemisphere” side of the music scene, so this is a great chance for you to check out some tunes from bands you may have never gotten the chance to hear otherwise. The music runs the gamut of punk and punk adjacent genres, so there’s a chance there is something nestled in these 99 tracks you’ll dig. Plus, you get to name the price, so if you want it for free, go ahead!

He’s lived (outside of) Chicago, Madison WI, (ugh) Penn State, Lyon FR, Oxford UK, central New Jersey, and now within earshot of SFO in the Bay Area. When not scouring the web for more great bands and labels to post about, he also spends time drawing (mostly) silly sci-fi and anime stuff under the name Asplenia Studios.
