Connecticut’s Kidnapped is exactly the type of band you want to have playing in the car when picking up mom at the airport. This powerviolence/hardcore act has a new digital 7″ out via HC-centric label DAZE. The two song release is Crucified / Bite Down and, damn, both of those titles sound cheery as hell. Both tracks are a tease of their forthcoming album, with the rest of that info still TBA.
Take a listen below, and swing by their Bandcamp for a copy. The band is also hitting the road next week, making their way all of the way to Chicago before turning back. You can find details on those dates underneath the stream.

the white drew carey (aka – Jeff Sorley) is the founder and head editor of TGEFM. He’s lived (outside of) Chicago, Madison WI, (ugh) Penn State, Lyon FR, Oxford UK, central New Jersey, and now within earshot of SFO in the Bay Area. When not scouring the web for more great bands and labels to post about, he also spends time drawing (mostly) silly sci-fi and anime stuff under the name Asplenia Studios.
