It’s been a while since we heard from ka-punk throwbacks Grade 2, but the wait is over. The trio has released a new single and video today, “Doing Time”. The track leans more in to the punk part of the band’s oeuvre and, having previously worked in IT at a UK school, the computer lab that provides the setting for the video is all too familiar.
The track follows up their 2021Graveyard Island Acoustic Sessions release, itself a follow-up to their 2019 Graveyard Island LP (with a single, “The Only Ones I Trust” in between the two.
