Seattle melodic punks aren’t pulling any punches in their new single “Ignorati.” Just on music alone the song is hard, loud, and fast. Nice and heavy bass and percussion with killer vocals. But if that’s the meat of the track, the heart is in the message which, in general, calls out many of our social institutions which use hate and fear to keep their adherents in line, and more specifically focuses it’s criticism on organized religion.
Out via Violent Weather Records, the track is the third from the band since October 2024’s “Legacy.” Prior to the that their most recent release was 2023’s Hello Catastrophe EP.
“Ignorati” is available as a name-your-price download at their Bandcamp page, with streaming over at Spotify.
