Texas punk trio Down Not Out have released their new single “Voiceless.” This is the band’s first new music of 2023, and follows their Aug 2022 self-titled EP. The band continues to channel the 80s punk rock sound perfectly. “Voiceless” is short and definitely sweet. You can fit over 7 1/2 of them into one “November Rain.”
