Portland, OR hardcore punks Dry Socket have announced a new album due out 27 Mar 2026. Titled Self Defense Techniques, it will be released via Get Better Records, and follows 2025’s split with Violencia as well as The First Five Years collection.
With this announcement comes the first pre-release single “Rigged Survival.” It’s pretty brutal and, at 2m23s, is considerably long for a Dry Socket song. I think it might be close to the longest?
Preorder the album on multiple vinyl variants or digital download at their Bandcamp page.
