Interestingly, Chicago’s Gray Ghost are billing these releases as EPs, but by the name alone (both “Complete” and “Part X of 6”) it’s fairly obvious that these releases are part of a bigger whole (even the covers are part of a whole). Well, as you have probably guessed, Complete (Part 2 of 6) is the band’s second entry in the Complete project. Like June’s Part 1 it is a smorgasbord of styles, from indie/ballad-esque to straight up roaring fast melodic punk.
The EP is available as a name-your-price digital download at their Bandcamp page (which means you could get it for free, but…. you know).
the white drew carey (aka – Jeff Sorley) is the founder and head editor of TGEFM. He’s lived (outside of) Chicago, Madison WI, (ugh) Penn State, Lyon FR, Oxford UK, central New Jersey, and now within earshot of SFO in the Bay Area. When not scouring the web for more great bands and labels to post about, he also spends time drawing (mostly) silly sci-fi and anime stuff under the name Asplenia Studios.
