Today is the day that Minneapolis’ Heart To Gold‘s Live at Studio 4 is released. The EP, out via Memory Music, features four slightly stripped-down tracks from the band’s Apr 2022 Tom LP, as guitarist/vocalist Grant Everett Whiteoak trades in his electric for an acoustic. I’m not one to judge (OK, I am), but I think some of these songs hit even harder in these versions. All in all, it just shows how good that they are regardless of how much actual electricity is juicing the instruments.
Just in time for the release of the EP, Heart to Gold is on the road with Housewife in support of Born Without Bones. Check out the EP below and, underneath, the poster for that tour. Swing by their Bandcamp to order that new EP, or Spotify to stream more from the band.
