Defective Tapes – 23 Aug 2024
New Jersey’s operants return with a new EP, their second, Mass Monomania. The four song album continues their infectiously lo-fi pop, and follows up their 2023 7″/cassingle Chevy Malibu / The Shift.
As with that previous release, the album is available as a name-your-price download, as well as cassette via Defective Tapes.

the white drew carey (aka – Jeff Sorley) is the founder and head editor of TGEFM. He’s lived (outside of) Chicago, Madison WI, (ugh) Penn State, Lyon FR, Oxford UK, central New Jersey, the SF/Bay Area, and now the Twin Cities. When not scouring the web for more great bands and labels to post about, he also spends time drawing (mostly) silly sci-fi and anime stuff under the name Asplenia Studios.
