Pacing, the indie project of one Katie McTigue, recently signed to Asian Man Records and has a new LP in the works. However, in a surprising bout of openness, has admitted she was “getting a little intense about it,” and “(i)t was beginning to become a bit unfun. I don’t want things to be unfun!”
So Pacing decided to release this interim EP, songs, filled with nine raw and quick, but still as quirky and lovable as ever, songs where “(t)hey are the kind of songs that write themselves – the ones where you get an idea and sit down and in 30 minutes you have a song.”
