Pils Records and Pandemic Records put out a surprise treat yesterday in their Pils Session series: a split between rAdolescents and The Hajj. For those who didn’t know, rAdolescents is a version of Adolescents that features current and former band members of the latter. They perform classic Adolescents tracks, and generally have a good time. rAdolescents provide four tracks to this split session while Cypriot act The Hajj supply one song. Both acts were on tour together in Canada towards the end of summer 2022 and graciously agreed to take some time to record is now titled Split Session $15.
Check out their Pils Session below, and swing by the Pils Records Bandcamp to grab a copy for cheap, or hear more of the sessions.
Meanwhile, rAdolescents are back in their native California, and both bands are playing tonight and tomorrow in the Bay Area, with The Hajj continuing on for several dates. You can check out the details of those gigs below the stream.
