After nearly two decades, hardcore/post-hardcore (at times) act Stretch Arm Strong have returned with their first new recorded music with The Revealing EP. The group, which was active from 1992-2005 and then briefly reunited in 2011. They returned again with 2024 with three of the original founding members, as well as well as vocalist Chris McLane (who joined after their 1993 split with Bedlam Hour, but has been onboard from their 1995 debut EP Not Without Resistance).

the white drew carey (aka – Jeff Sorley) is the founder and head editor of TGEFM. He’s lived (outside of) Chicago, Madison WI, (ugh) Penn State, Lyon FR, Oxford UK, central New Jersey, and now within earshot of SFO in the Bay Area. When not scouring the web for more great bands and labels to post about, he also spends time drawing (mostly) silly sci-fi and anime stuff under the name Asplenia Studios.
