Boston’s The Freqs have released their new EP, Poachers. The album follows up their Oct 2021 Dark Money Lip Service EP, and is the band’s fourth EP since Apr 2020. A bit of noise rock with a smattering of alt, math-rock, post-punk, even bluesy at points… what doesn’t The Freqs do? I don’t think I heard any ska. Next time, Freqs!
