Virginia hardcore punks Ex Parents will be released a new EP, the follow-up to their 2023, self-titled debut album. Titled Failure, the EP is four songs, and is due out 02 May 2025, once again via Council Records. The Bandcamp listing for the release only has preorders for digital DL, but the info says there will be a 7″.
Accompanying the news is the release of the first single from the EP, the title track “Failure.” It’s good. The band are definitely building on the solid foundation from their S/T and their 2022 demo.
Swing by Bandcamp for that preorder and to hear more of their previous work. The single is up at Spotify at the time I am writing this, but here’s the link to their channel just in case.
