UK DIY collective LOUD WOMEN have their fifth benefit comp due out this coming Friday. The comp, aptly titled LOUD WOMEN Volume 5, will be available as a digital download and on CD via the LOUD WOMEN Bandcamp site (need we mention is will also be Bandcamp Friday?), with 100% of the proceeds from the comp going to Musicians Defend Ukraine.
Prior to that comp release, London, UK’s Girls Like Us have dropped their new single and contribution to the comp, “Spoonfed”. It’s delightfully lo-fo and raw. That song also gets the video treatment, which you can check out below.
Here’s the link to that comp, BUT DON’T even preorder it today. Wait until Friday so that they can reap the most money as Bandcamp will be waiving their fees from all purchases (don’t worry, we’ll also showcase the comp on Friday to remind you). You can also check out more music from Girls Like Us here.
