Grab your flux capacitor! Members of Crossed Keys join Jersey Interchange to cover The Break; “1.21 Gigawatts”

Jersey Interchange, a collective of Garden State musicians coming together to cover classic songs from the local punk, ska and hardcore scenes, has released their latest; a reimagining of “1.21 Gigawatts” by The Break. The original can be found on the band’s 2002 self-titled album from Doghouse Records.

This week, Crossed Keys‘s Josh Alvarez and Andrew Wellbrock join Jersey Interchange mastermind Christian Lesperance (Never Again)for the track.

Previous Jersey Interchange collaborations feature members of BigwigMidtown, and The Ergs! among others covering the likes MisfitsWeston, and Lifetime.

Thanks to Joe Pulito, you can find many of the original tracks along with the entire discography of the Jersey Interchange at the ultra-expansive NJPP Archives here.
