Start/stop alt-metal/post-hardcore* act Helmet announced a new LP, Left, their first in seven years, and their ninth LP overall. The band was initially active between 1989-1998 and then reforming in 2004 onwards. The album is due out 10 Nov 2023, and is available for preorder on physical and digital options, and more via this link page.
