At the start of the month ska/pop act Half Past Two released their new single “Stay Up All Night.” While we kinda missed that, we’re telling you about it now, so quiet down and enjoy it.
As great as the song is (and what Half Past Two song isn’t?), we’ve got a bonus treat in the form of “夜を明かす.” Featuring Cody Okonski of New York’s Millington (“Brass Emo,” as they self-describe), it’s a variant of “Stay Up…” but with a huge section of verses translated in Japanese and sung by Okonski. Trust us, it works!
