Just kidding! Welsh trio Ignitemares‘ new single and video, “Bombs and Promises,” cheekily takes the piss out of the USA (and Britain, to be fair). As the band states in their Facebook post announcing the new single:
This song was written, recorded and produced at home during lockdown, April 2020.
This song is not inspired by current events… It’s a satirical song poking fun both at America but also at the Brits who romanticise the US.
The band has also announced that all proceeds from the single will be donated to the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and Color of Change.
