Portland noise rockers Ils are back with a new single and and a new album announcement. The song, “Deceased and Insist” is both pounding, driving, and somewhat catchy, even if you’re not into screaming so much. It’s nice how it transitions back and forth from complete noise to something a bit more melodic (and then back again… again).
That is the first single from the upcoming LP To End Is To Begin, which is due out 02 Aug 2024 via The Ghost Is Clear Records. This will be Ils’ first new music and release since 2020’s Curse LP.
