Imelda Marcos, the noise rock duo from Chicago, not the shoe lady, will be releasing a new, four-song EP Agita on 08 Dec 2023. This will be the band’s second EP, following-up 2022’s Albularyo EP.
Imelda Marcos have also released the announcement single “diamond.pin.vertigo,” which is as noisy and avant/prog rock as you’re going to get. Listen to that below, and preorder the album as a digital download at their Bandcamp. LA’s Already Dead Tapes and Records will also be spooling up some copies on cassette tape and, of course, there’s always Spotify.
