Due out on 30 May 2025, An Exercise in Self-Sufficiency is the debut album from Kitchener, ON-based hardcore punks Body Minus Head. Not much else we can say about the band themselves, their socials seem to pick up late last year.
What we do know is that they’ve dropped the first single to the new album, and it’s a doozy. Clocking in at a bit over a minute and a half long, it packs a lot of energy, and anger, into that short time frame.
Preorders for the album are up at the No Funeral Bandcamp page, with physical preorders at the No Funeral webshop. Body Minus Head have a linktree page, as well, including Bandcamp and streaming services, but this song is all they’ve got there at the moment.
