Philadelphia’s Jump Start Records has announced a new fest coming up this winter. Titled 30 Minute Fest the one-day event will see 13 bands alternating across two stages, limited to 30-minute sets (except the final two headliners). Scheduled acts include A Wilhelm Scream and No Trigger headlining, along with You Vandal, All Eyes West, American Thrills and more.
