Live from The Rock Room has spent the last couple of years releasing a trickle of content than what they were able to pull of before the pandemic (all good stuff, still, just not as much). Note after some moves and, well… that whole COVID thing, LFTRR is picking up steam again. Today the in-home studio, run by Mike Felumlee of the Smoking Popes, has released the first video from their session with St. Louis-based garage/pop n’ roll duo Bruiser Queen. The song is “Drunk on the Internet” (we’ve all been there), and it’s from the band’s recent LP Between You, Me, and the Trash, released this past August.
Sit back and tap your feet to the performance below, and visit the LFTRR YouTube channel for more great videos. Bruiser Queen also have some dates lined up in Fthe coming months in their hometown, and you can check out the info on those below, and swing by the Bandcamp or Spotify pages to hear more (they’ve got A LOT of music to enjoy).
