Tomb Tree Tapes, Mezvu Records – 02 Apr 2024
Cross-Atlantic noise/post-hardcore act .22LR (nomenclature for a .22 caliber long rifle) release a new LP, which gets a cross-Atlantic support from British-Columbia’s Tomb Tree Tapes and Turkey’s Mevzu Records. A lot of screaming, a lot of dissonance, a surprising amount of melody hidden deep within. Bass is strong, and that adds power.
