Chicago punks 2Minute Minor go out on a high note with their final LP Self-Titled and Self-Reflection. TGEFM has been high on this band since our inception, so it’s like saying goodbye to close family member. are calling it a day, and will be releasing their final album Self-Titled and Self-Reflection next month. The album will be out on 25 Oct 2024 via Steadfast Records, and the band has dropped the first single “Out with the New, In with the Old.” If you’ve been following 2Minute Minor like TGEFM has since our inception, you’ll also find this to be a bittersweet announcement.

the white drew carey (aka – Jeff Sorley) is the founder and head editor of TGEFM. He’s lived (outside of) Chicago, Madison WI, (ugh) Penn State, Lyon FR, Oxford UK, central New Jersey, and now within earshot of SFO in the Bay Area. When not scouring the web for more great bands and labels to post about, he also spends time drawing (mostly) silly sci-fi and anime stuff under the name Asplenia Studios.
