Like the Energizer Bunny, Frenzal Rhomb just seem to keep going and going. I’ve always been a fan, but I really think the past decade or so has seen them really putting out a lot of great music, and I’m not sure enough people have noticed. They should. While some long-running punk bands are slowing down, Frenzal Rhomb seems to be speeding up.
On that note, Fat Wreck Chords has released their 10th studio LP, The Cup of Pestilence. You should really give it a go.
The album is available to order as a download from their Bandcamp, and you can order on a range of media from the Fat store or, if you’re in Australia, head here. There’s also streaming on Spotify, for those who partake.
the white drew carey (aka – Jeff Sorley) is the founder and head editor of TGEFM. He’s lived (outside of) Chicago, Madison WI, (ugh) Penn State, Lyon FR, Oxford UK, central New Jersey, and now within earshot of SFO in the Bay Area. When not scouring the web for more great bands and labels to post about, he also spends time drawing (mostly) silly sci-fi and anime stuff under the name Asplenia Studios.
