Massachusetts-based Hedgewitch release (what appears to be) their debut LP Grass Cat. The album is seven tracks of eerie ambience, almost entirely instrumental (and any vocals are more instrument than what we think of as vocals) that could serve as a background music if it wasn’t so wonderfully unnerving.
It’s available as digital download and 10″ lathe cut over at their Bandcamp.

He’s lived (outside of) Chicago, Madison WI, (ugh) Penn State, Lyon FR, Oxford UK, central New Jersey, and now within earshot of SFO in the Bay Area.
