Hailing from Sweden, In Pain play a type death metal that leans heavily on the double-kick drum, flirts with thrash at points, but layers it with the ubiquitous guttural vocals common to the style. Honestly, this guy’s got a voice.
That brings us to In Pain’s sophomore album The Thing from the Grave. 9-tracks of horror-tinged metal sure to please. The album is out now via Regain Records on Spotify, as we well as digital download and CD over at Bandcamp. Vinyl versions are going to take a bit longer to show up, with preorder links coming soon, and will be co-released with To the Death Records.
