Self-described “1/3rd life crisis set to lofi garage rock” act Melt Citizen have released their new LP Joylessness. The album follows up several EPs and singles going back to the 2020 Life’s a Joke, and then You Croak LP.
The album is currently out on Bandcamp as a digital download, as well as limited edition cassette and “handmade DIY CD-R with Sticker Set and Button Set).
the white drew carey (aka – Jeff Sorley) is the founder and head editor of TGEFM. He’s lived (outside of) Chicago, Madison WI, (ugh) Penn State, Lyon FR, Oxford UK, central New Jersey, and now within earshot of SFO in the Bay Area.
