Montreal’s Jerkswitch describe themselves as “(t)he worst bass band in Montreal”, and I’d agree with that. I think they’ve got more of an 80s post-punk, pre-grunge feel. Anyhow, they dropped their sophomore, self-titled LP on Saturday, 23 Jul 2022, and it is gloriously noisy, yet very melodic at the same time.
