Dwelling in the realm of noisy 80s punk which had just as much rock as the next band, New York’s Skism released a (kinda) new LP. Somebody’s Baby follows up 2022’s Capitol Lies LP, and features four brand-new songs, and “some reinterpretations of some Skism classics,” essentially older tracks given a bit of a revision and fresh recordings.

He’s lived (outside of) Chicago, Madison WI, (ugh) Penn State, Lyon FR, Oxford UK, central New Jersey, the SF/Bay Area, and now the Twin Cities. When not scouring the web for more great bands and labels to post about, he also spends time drawing (mostly) silly sci-fi and anime stuff under the name Asplenia Studios.
