After a five-year hiatus, The Summer Set have released a new album. Teasingly titled Blossom, Pt. 1, the 8-track release (is it an EP? An LP? I’m calling it latter).
The band has self-released the album, with their previous LP, Stories for Monday, out in Apr 2016 via Fearless Records.

the white drew carey (aka – Jeff Sorley) is the founder and head editor of TGEFM. He’s lived (outside of) Chicago, Madison WI, (ugh) Penn State, Lyon FR, Oxford UK, central New Jersey, and now within earshot of SFO in the Bay Area.
