Last month, Twin Cities-based punk/indie/alt act VIAL announced their new LP Hellhound. Along with that they released a new single “Never Been Better” and, if you’re a fan of moving pictures with your music, there’s now a music video for it, as well.
Hellhound is due out 20 Mar 2025 via Trout Hole Records, and will be their fifth studio album following 2024’s Grow the Fuck Up. Pre-saves are up over at this dedicated link page.
VIAL will also be embarking on a nationwide tour (plus two stops in Canada) in two legs to support the album, starting with a hometown record release show on 21 Mar 2026.

the white drew carey (aka – Jeff Sorley) is the founder and head editor of TGEFM. He’s lived (outside of) Chicago, Madison WI, (ugh) Penn State, Lyon FR, Oxford UK, central New Jersey, and now within earshot of SFO in the Bay Area. When not scouring the web for more great bands and labels to post about, he also spends time drawing (mostly) silly sci-fi and anime stuff under the name Asplenia Studios.
