Denver pop-punks Buy Mia have been kicking around for a while and, it seems, they’ve been kicking the tires on this song for about just as long. Now the band, and TGEFM, are excited to finally reveal their song “From the Comfort of My Kia Sorento” to the world, and as a music video no less!
The single comes to us as a slideshow, and continues to show off the band’s pop-punk aptitude while testing out new sonic waters.
This single was actually one of the first songs Bury Mia started playing back in 2015. It had always gotten shelved from recording and honestly we don’t know why. Kia Sorento is about pushing through something you may not have wanted to do, but know that you needed to. Lights, Camera, Action… start the show.
We are excited to share this with you and more excited to play it for you at anyone of our shows. As for the Kia Sorento. How many times have you slept in your car because maybe you didn’t want to go inside just yet or you needed a break and go just be alone for a short while. That speaks volumes to us and I mean It’s also Steve’s dream car.
Bury Mia will be doing a Texas tour starting next week, and then another gig in the new year in their hometown. See below for details:
