At the beginning of the month the good people over at Bad Copy premiered “Baby Bird”, a new single from Guilty Party. Well, TGEFM needed to get on this train and are now pumped to premiere the new video for the song. Angelo Celli (guitar, vocals) says:
When we first got together and started playing music in 2021, Baby Bird was one of the first songs that really “clicked” for us. Some songs just don’t translate as well, from an single idea, to a full band thing. But this song just kinda came out ready, and in some ways, indicated the direction we would end up going in as we wrote more and developed as a band. When we finally got a chance to record some of our songs, we knew we wanted this one to be on the EP. As for the video, Rosie showed us some videos that Olive Lagace had done for Destroy Boys, and we instantly wanted to work with her. She did such a great job, kinda capturing that vague bittersweetness in the song. Um, also, buy our EP! It’s cheap and pink. And come see us at some of our upcoming shows!
