“Stained Glass” is about heartache inside a relationship. When you feel like you’re the burden in a relationship after giving everything you have into it. I dug deep into passed emotions from being taken advantage of while being put down at the same time. The melancholic sound to the song brings out the emotion while still providing energy on the back end. The anger and frustration of the relationship are being bled out through “Stained Glass” and conclude with the acceptance of it all coming to an end. I’m hoping this emo track can resonate with others struggling with their own relationships.
…and that’s the newest track and video from Pennsylvania’s Pine Creek Academy, which TGEFM is hyped to premiere for you today. A bit anthemic pop-punk, a bit arena, even a bit emo with a splash of melodic punk. Pine Creek Academy hits all of the bases in this new song. This is the first track of 2024 but, considering their output of singles and the Rewind EP in 2023, one can only assume (and hope) that there is more on the way.
