Happy Worthington’s Law Wednesday! Ok, that’s not a real thing (although it should be), but it is still a Worthington’s Law Wednesday around here as TGEFM is totally excited to premiere the brand new single and video from the band: “What’s My Step-Mom’s Deal?”
The song is part of a one-two punch of two new tracks the band is officially dropping this Friday, 4/20, but we begged and pleaded to share it early! Vocalist Nick Farber gives us further details:
Worthington’s Law hitting the road this weekend on our first-ever mini-tour, and on day 2 of our “Road to 4/20” we’re dropping two brand new songs. When my bandmate Scotty told me the story of his pill-pushing (ex!) step-mom, I knew it had to be a song, and with Scotty’s dad’s approval, we made one of our best songs yet. For its release, “What’s My Step-Mom’s Deal?” is coupled with “Man Baby,” which features a “goo-goo ga-ga” breakdown complete with rattle. I can’t wait to play “Step-Mom” on the road and see how people react to the sight gags we’ve built into its performance.
Have a blast with the new song and video below and, underneath, find that tour poster as well as a whole purse-full of dru bunch of links to support the band!
