Call a medic, stat! TGEFM is excited to premiere “Internal Bleeding”, the new single/lyric video from Wrong Life. That’s the follow-up project from Fraser of The Murderburgers, and continues to grow on the pop-punk foundation that band built.
The track is from the band’s upcoming self-titled LP, which is due out 10 Feb 2023 via tag team of Brassneck Records and Rad Girlfriend Records. We asked Fraser about the song and he replies:
“Internal Bleeding” is a song on the album. It’s about whatever the piss you want it to be about. Thanks a lot to Nige at Designidge for making the video.
And about about Wrong Life:
Hello! I’m Fraser. I play music under the name Wrong Life, and a bunch of my friends are kind enough to play with me. I tried fooling people into thinking it was a proper full band with a somewhat steady line-up, but it didn’t work, so here we are.
Someone described Wrong Life as “power-pop-punk-rock genius”, which sounds pretty cool and will hopefully shift a few units. “Emo-ish, punky bullshit” might be more apt though.
“Emo-ish punky bullshit” it is!
Sing along to the lyric video below. You can visit the Wrong Life Bandcamp to hear their previous music. They’ll also be playing a few gigs in February and March. You can find info on those shows, and Wrong Life and preorder links, underneath the video.
