Sammy Warm Hands re-releases cover of RATM’s “Killing in the Name” as a lyric video.

Sammy Warm Hands (Dead Fucking Serious) is often angry, rightfully so. Channeling this anger through his music, he often finds himself with the right song to cover at the right time. With that in mind, and with with the recent occasions of use of force by government agents, the ICE shooting in Minneapolis just being one of them most prominent of many, Sammy revisits and rereleases his 2013 cover of the classic Rage Against the Machine tune “Killing in the Name.”

That track originally appears on the band’s self-titled 1991 demo tape, but gained worldwide popularity on their 1992 debut LP (also self-titled). Sammy’s version was a bonus track on the side project Assholextraordinaire. This re-release is presented for the first time as a lyric video.

You can check out the track below, and hit up the Take 92 Bandcamp page for more music from Sammy’s many projects.
